The new Terminal 3 building opens its doors today and has been built to help the airport deal with increased tourism around the Costa Blanca.

Macalloy 460 and 520 tendons support the 40 domes, forming the canopy roof of the terminal, allowing the airport to increase its capacity to 20 million passengers.
