Die Dehnung der Seill\u00e4nge kann je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und H\u00e4ufigkeit der Belastung zwischen 0,10 und 0,75% betragen. Dies muss bei der Auslegung der Konstruktion stets ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macalloy bietet drei Arten von Seilen an:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>1X19 Spiralseil hat moderate Anfangsdehnungseigenschaften. Alle Seiladapter sind so ausgelegt, dass sie der Mindestbruchlast des 1\u00d719-Seils entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kompaktlitze hat eine h\u00f6here Bruchlast und eine geringere Anfangsdehnung als die 1\u00d719-Litze und ist in den meisten Durchmessern erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 7\u00d719-Litze ist das flexibelste Seil und eignet sich ideal, wenn diese Eigenschaft von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung ist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns animate animate--up animate--delay-short is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-900-color has-text-color\">Standard-Komponenten<br>SC460-Spannglieder<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gabel- und Bolzenkomponenten des Systems sind alle aus austenitischem oder Duplex-Edelstahl gefertigt. Die Verschraubungen werden werkseitig an beiden Enden des Seils verpresst und die Festigkeit der Verbindung \u00fcbersteigt die Bruchlast des Seils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stiftsatzk\u00f6rper \u00fcber SPA24 k\u00f6nnen aus martensitischem Edelstahl bestehen. Das System ist so ausgelegt, dass es der Mindestbruchlast des 1\u00d719-Litzenseils entspricht. Wenn Beschl\u00e4ge erforderlich sind, die der Mindestbruchlast der Kompaktlitze entsprechen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die technische Abteilung von Macalloy, <a href=\"technical@macalloy.com\">technical@macalloy.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-900-color has-text-color\">Anschlussbleche<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Gabeln k\u00f6nnen entweder mit Anschlussplatten aus unlegiertem Stahl oder aus rostfreiem Stahl verbunden werden, deren Festigkeit der BS EN 10025 Klasse S275 oder der Klasse 316 nach BS 970 entspricht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Verwendung von unlegierten Stahlplatten k\u00f6nnen Isolierh\u00fclsen und Unterlegscheiben erforderlich sein, um bimetallische Korrosion zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-900-color has-text-color\">Oberfl\u00e4che<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Komponenten sind in einer K\u00f6rnung 220.
