La pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e peut \u00eatre install\u00e9e sur la tige sans aucun adh\u00e9sif et sans aucun autre montage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de fabrication permet de prendre des d\u00e9cisions proactives sur le type de protection incendie requis, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;une protection hautement d\u00e9corative ou d&#8217;une protection incendie uniquement. L&#8217;installation ne n\u00e9cessite rien d&#8217;autre que de glisser les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es sur la tige avec une fourche de charni\u00e8re en place. Cependant, l&#8217;installation du syst\u00e8me &#8220;Retrofit&#8221; est bas\u00e9e sur deux moiti\u00e9s attach\u00e9es (coll\u00e9es) \u00e0 la tige en utilisant le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau que celui utilis\u00e9 pour le moulage, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire de l&#8217;\u00e9poxy intumescent. Ce mat\u00e9riau \u00e9tant d\u00e9crit par l&#8217;industrie comme un rev\u00eatement, il est possible d&#8217;utiliser les donn\u00e9es fournies par le fabricant pour \u00e9tablir la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme requise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fixation et la d\u00e9coration de deux demi-coques d&#8217;environ un m\u00e8tre de long prennent du temps \u00e0 la fabrication et \u00e0 l&#8217;installation.
