Il est prouv\u00e9 que les b\u00e2timents certifi\u00e9s LEED permettent d&#8217;\u00e9conomiser de l&#8217;argent, d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de carbone et de cr\u00e9er des lieux plus sains pour les gens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"CNESST-DRONE-600\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cPXHDSwSIcQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Commission des Normes, de l&#8217;Equit\u00e9, de la Sant\u00e9 et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Travail (CNESST) a son si\u00e8ge dans la ville de Qu\u00e9bec au Canada. La CNESST est charg\u00e9e par le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec de soutenir les entreprises et les employ\u00e9s en faisant respecter les normes de travail en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L&#8217;organisation promeut le droit du travail, le soutien \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 au travail et offre des services de m\u00e9diation et de conseil juridique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, les travaux de construction d&#8217;un nouveau grand si\u00e8ge social pour la CNESST ont d\u00e9but\u00e9, qui devait accueillir 1850 postes de travail sur huit \u00e9tages, pour une superficie totale de 34 500m2. Le b\u00e2timent contemporain, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9 en 2021, a ajout\u00e9 de l&#8217;attrait et du prestige dans une zone de la ville de Qu\u00e9bec d\u00e9di\u00e9e au rajeunissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"CNESST StephaneGroleau DRONE 587\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5UWh0P3uBpY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le consortium \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9 par la firme qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise Coarchitecture, tandis que LEMAYMICHAUD a dirig\u00e9 l&#8217;architecture et le design int\u00e9rieur. Le b\u00e2timent est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res de la certification LEED v4, qui pr\u00e9voit un am\u00e9nagement \u00e9cologique du site, une gestion efficace de l&#8217;eau et des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il utilise \u00e9galement des mat\u00e9riaux qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la Charte qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise du bois. La Charte est une politique visant \u00e0 aider l&#8217;industrie foresti\u00e8re qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise, en favorisant l&#8217;utilisation du bois dans la construction, dans une optique de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Le b\u00e2timent maximise la lumi\u00e8re naturelle et favorise le bien-\u00eatre du personnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des zones de d\u00e9tente et des espaces sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macalloy a fourni des barres de tension galvanis\u00e9es M24, M30 et M76 que l&#8217;on peut voir dans ces superbes vid\u00e9os du b\u00e2timent.
