Le pont Troja repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e majeure en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 structurelle. La reconfiguration des suspensions de l&#8217;arc en arc, qui sont pass\u00e9es d&#8217;une disposition verticale conventionnelle \u00e0 une disposition diagonale semblable \u00e0 une \u00e2me, a permis d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement les performances du pont en lui conf\u00e9rant une rigidit\u00e9 quatre fois sup\u00e9rieure. Ses arcs \u00e9lanc\u00e9s et son faible rapport hauteur\/port\u00e9e cr\u00e9ent une structure unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pont a remport\u00e9 le prix d&#8217;excellence Bridge Award (2015) de la Convention europ\u00e9enne pour l&#8217;acier de construction (ECCS) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implication de Macalloy :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macalloy a fourni son syst\u00e8me de barres de tension pour les suspensions du pont. Macalloy a con\u00e7u une forme unique de filetage r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la fatigue pour le projet, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme EN 1993-1-11 et r\u00e9pond aux exigences de l&#8217;Eurocode 3 pour les connexions de fatigue dans les ponts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation unique en croix des suspentes rend le pont plus rigide et permet d&#8217;obtenir des rapports longueur\/hauteur sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des ponts en arc standard. Le pont a une port\u00e9e de 200 m\u00e8tres alors que l&#8217;arche ne fait que 20 m\u00e8tres de haut \u00e0 son point le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, par rapport \u00e0 une arche standard en arc qui devrait faire 50 m\u00e8tres de haut. Cette conception a permis d&#8217;\u00e9conomiser jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 40 % de mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les barres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tendues \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du TechnoTensioner de Macalloy, un dispositif permettant de mettre sous tension des barres de tension \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un tendeur. Toutes les charges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9es par Excon \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un logiciel de mod\u00e9lisation et les charges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9es pour chaque cycle de mise en tension \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de jauges de contrainte. Les charges calcul\u00e9es pour le cycle de charge suivant ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9es en fonction de la r\u00e9action du pont en arc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
