Ce projet s\u2019inscrivait dans le cadre d\u2019un programme plus large ax\u00e9 sur le patrimoine, men\u00e9 par <strong>SNCF Gares &amp; Connexions<\/strong>, en collaboration avec son architecte principal <strong>AREP<\/strong>, et les \u00e9tudes d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie structurelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par <strong>MaP3<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.map3.net\/\"><strong>www.map3.net<\/strong><\/a>, qui visaient sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 restaurer les halls historiques de la gare et leurs enveloppes de fer et de verre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9novation s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur la verri\u00e8re historique et sa charpente m\u00e9tallique, datant \u00e0 l\u2019origine de 1898, class\u00e9e monument historique. La Gare de Lyon est l\u2019un des monuments ferroviaires les plus importants de France, et ses halls de fer et de verre constituent de magnifiques exemples de l\u2019architecture ferroviaire de la fin du XIXe si\u00e8cle, qu\u2019il est essentiel de pr\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmi les principales interventions, on peut citer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Restauration compl\u00e8te des verri\u00e8res<\/strong>, consistant \u00e0 remplacer ou \u00e0 remettre en \u00e9tat les vitres endommag\u00e9es tout en pr\u00e9servant la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et le rythme d&#8217;origine de la structure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nettoyage, r\u00e9paration et repeinture de la charpente m\u00e9tallique<\/strong>, dans le respect des couleurs et des techniques historiques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9introduction d\u2019un \u00ab puits de lumi\u00e8re \u00bb central<\/strong> au-dessus du hall 1, r\u00e9tablissant ainsi le concept d\u2019\u00e9clairage naturel d\u2019origine de la gare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pose de <strong>vitrages haute performance<\/strong>, am\u00e9liorant le confort thermique, r\u00e9duisant l&#8217;\u00e9blouissement et limitant l&#8217;accumulation de chaleur tout en pr\u00e9servant la transparence et la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 visuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le principe directeur de la restauration \u00e9tait de redonner au hall son aspect et sa luminosit\u00e9 d\u2019origine, et non de le r\u00e9interpr\u00e9ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les principaux aspects de cette approche comprenaient :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une coordination \u00e9troite avec les Architectes des B\u00e2timents de France et les autorit\u00e9s charg\u00e9es du patrimoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le recours \u00e0 des techniques de restauration traditionnelles pour le m\u00e9tal et le verre, lorsque ceux-ci sont visibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;int\u00e9gration discr\u00e8te des normes de performance modernes (isolation, protection solaire, vitrage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9) afin qu&#8217;elles n&#8217;alt\u00e8rent pas le caract\u00e8re historique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un impact tant visuel que spatial : le hall est d\u00e9sormais beaucoup plus lumineux, et le verre et le m\u00e9tal, bien qu&#8217;ils soient des mat\u00e9riaux modernes, rev\u00eatent une importance architecturale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participation de Macalloy<\/strong> : en collaboration
