Macalloy Sheet Piling Tie Bars were used to form the foundation for the ship terminal in Belfast

Macalloy Sheet Piling Tie Bars are used in the new terminal 4 at Belfast Harbour. The Macalloy Sheet Piling Tie Rods are used to the Sheet Pile wall. Approxiamately 300 tie rods were supplied in various diameters.

For corrosion protection the Tie Bars were wrapped in Denso Tape and PVC outer wrap. Denso tape is a grease impregnated tape that provides excellent corrosion protection results.

Mordovia Stadium Saransk

Macalloy in Russia

Macalloy is proud to have been involved in 4 of the stadiums due to host FIFA Worldcup games in Russia. Pictured is Mordovia Arena in Saransk. Macalloy has provided galvanised M48 tension bars, turnbuckles and connection discs to help support the roof. The first match their will be held on 16th June.

Over 300 Macalloy Stainless 520 M42 Tendons have been used to help support the roof.
