We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, when you contact us by email, phone, our website forms or live chat.
- Download details: any details you provide when downloading technical documents, brochures or certificates from our website.
- Business relationship details: information needed to quote for, supply and support our products, such as delivery addresses and order history.
- Live chat: the messages you send through our live chat, plus basic technical details such as the page you were on.
- Website usage data: such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies only if you consent. See our Cookie Policy.

Who we share your information with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

- Live chat: Tawk.to, to provide our live chat service, only if you accept functional cookies
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- Embedded videos: YouTube (Google), only if you accept advertisement cookies
- Business systems: [e.g. email, CRM and accounting providers], to manage enquiries and orders
- Our agents: our appointed agents in Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam, to handle enquiries in their regions
- Delivery companies: [couriers / freight partners], to deliver your order
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How we protect your information
Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to deal with enquiries and orders.
Your rights
You have the right to:
