At Macalloy, we are proud to have established an in-house Client Support Team. It’s not just about our quality products that we pride ourselves on, but providing support to our customers, offering you peace of mind that any quotes and orders are being dealt with efficiently.
When you enquire at the tender stage or, a final order is placed with the internal sales team or Area Sales Manager (ASM), it will be logged and transferred to the Client Support team. You will, however, continue to have contact with an Area Sales Manager.
Assigning a single point of contact at this stage provides a dedicated team to monitor your project at appropriate time points to ensure your quote is accurate, and that product progress is monitored closely, enabling you to update your customers.
We will handle all your inquiries throughout the project as we appreciate it’s importance, that your order is moving forward, and your questions are being addressed.
Technical advice is on hand and will be deferred to our in-house engineers when necessary.
