Macalloy have developed a dedicated Client Support Team

The company has had a very busy year, and due to the large volume of orders, we have decided to set up a dedicated team of staff to handle customer inquiries and provide a direct line of contact . Customers appreciate being able to get in touch with someone quickly and having their emails answered the same business day, and we are already getting positive feedback about this service. It’s going well, and we’ve assigned three of our internal sales team to co-ordinate  this new service. Our new internet page makes it easy for customers to get in touch with us by including a “Meet The Team” section and contact details.
