Surbana Jurong (SJ), one of the largest Asia-based urban and infrastructure consulting firms, is developing a new, innovative and sustainable campus which will house its global headquarters in Singapore.
Named ‘Surbana Jurong Campus’, the 68,915 sq m development will be built in Jurong Innovation District (JID), a vibrant ecosystem of enterprises in advanced manufacturing, urban solutions and smart logistics. The Campus will accommodate up to 4,000 employees and is due for completion by the end of 2021.
Macalloy has supplied carbon steel bracing in the form of M30 – M56 tension rods and also hangers in M24 and M30 stainless steel tension rods, which include a number of specially designed fittings.
These are all for the ‘spine’ that runs through the entire campus complex, which is designed to resemble a tree house.
We are supplying materials to our long-term collaborator Yongnam Engineering & Construction, through our local agent Tan Swee Tean.
We can’t wait to see what the finished project will look like! To find out more about this project, visit surbanajurong.com
