It has transformed over the years and is now a vibrant and popular destination for both locals and tourists. It’s easily accessible and is a dynamic hub offering a mix of entertainment, dining, and cultural experiences. It’s a place where people gather to socialize, enjoy the scenery, and experience the dynamic energy of Singapore’s nightlife.
Macalloy provided tension bars used to tension the membrane roof structure at Clarke Quay, an outdoor entertainment and retail area. The tie bars were tied back to a central ring of the tensile structure.
The promenade Main Canopy Roof covers the main streets providing shading and cooling At night the membrane is lit from below in various shades of colour adding to the festival spirit of Clark Quay.
