Grade 8.8 Threaded Studding

Macalloy provides a range of Grade 8.8 threaded studding systems available in both fully threaded and end threaded configurations.

Manufactured and supplied in accordance with ISO 898-1, the Grade 8.8 studding is produced to meet high-performance mechanical requirements, and is available in standard diameters from M12 to M42.

Standard studding lengths of up to 6 meters for fully threaded bars, and up to 11.8 metres for the end-threaded options on diameters M24 and above. Please note that the standard maximum end-thread length is 600mm. For nonstandard requirements, Macalloy can offer bespoke solutions upon consultation.

Macalloy supplies a full range of compatible accessories including hexagonal nuts (ISO 898-2), washers (ISO 7091), and hexagonal couplers (DIN 6334).

Each component within the product range is supplied with a galvanised finish as standard, ensuring adequate corrosion protection.
